KHALI WENAUS has built a successful career over the last 20 years in the Manitoba film industry. She has gained extensive experience in the art department, managing large crews, tracking multi million dollar budgets, and coordinating complex production requirements, most recently art directing on Tales From the Loop and Nobody. Khali brings knowledge and expertise, blended with a kind hearted approach to every project. Now firmly established in the film community, she strives to share those insights with others as they grow and prosper in their own creative careers. Khali is currently enjoying the adventure of being the mom to a very busy one year old daughter.

ALISHA TALBOT is a Manitoba based Makeup Artist with over 10 years’ experience working as a Makeup Artist for Film and TV. After attending Complexions International now known as CMU College of Art and Design, she worked in Toronto and Winnipeg. Alisha has built her career with IATSE 856 as a daily makeup artist to now being a Head of the Makeup Department working on
such productions as The Chucky Franchise, The Syfy series Channel Zero and Alisha travelled to Korea as a Makeup Artist for CBC and Radio Canada for the 2018 Winter Olympics.

SHELLY ANTHIS has been a filmmaker and professional crewmember since 1999. Working in various capacities, as an Extras Casting Director (A Dogs Journey, Stegman is Dead, Chucky 5 and Heaven is for Real) and Location Scout (Channel Zero, Tales from the Loop, Time Cut, First Person Shooter and Nobody) has allowed Shelly to work closely with creative teams. Working in production has aided Shelly to develop and instill a solid work ethic, while supporting and helping to create a harmonious set where filmmakers can flourish. With a passion to learn all facets of production, Shelly has produced, wrote and directed her own films (Somewhere in September, The Vase in the Window and Bare in 2020). Shelly recently joined the City of Winnipeg’s Film and Special Events Office as the City Film Liaison.Shelly is a proud member of the Directors Guild of Manitoba as an Assistant Location Manager and loves to network with filmmakers of all genres.
